Ekioskys.gr is an innovative, e- convenience service, where someone can order online from a variety of goods and have them delivered in no time. More than 1,500 products can be purchased online, in categories like food & beverages, personal & petcare products, groceries etc. Ekioskys was launched in 2020 in Athens, quickly expanding its operations in other key regions in Greece.

The Task
Ekioskys.gr was launched in 2020, amid the major COVID-19 crisis, causing customers to become confused and very cautious. The challenge was to skyrocket ekiosky’s awareness and help it stand out, as a solid, convenient and secure solution for customers. At the same time our focus was on deploying our strategy, conversion optimization, performance & media plan and community building as well as all the monitoring mechanisms in order to help the service grow in a sustainable way.

The Approach
Our strategy was focused on positioning ekioskys.gr, as the “plug n play”, natural solution for every shopping need, planned or impromptu. In order to achieve this we allocated our efforts in building Domain authority, brand awareness, organic traffic and engagement around the Service. A variety of initiatives were designed and implemented including SEO, link building, content & campaigns creation, ppc and media synergies.

The Result
Within one year, ekioskys.gr achieved staggering performance. Over 1,000% increase in user traffic (organic traffic increased by 5,000%) and +3,500% in domain authority (0.8 to 28). Revenue grew by over 300% while orders increased approx. 550%.
At the same time the migration to the service’s new website was promoted successfully and so did the expansion in four new key regions, namely Thessaloniki, Patra, Larissa and Syros.
